Empowering, Encouraging, and Equipping Anti-racism Allies: A skills training by the Ally Conversation Toolkit

A combined 2 hour mini-training and a 3.5 hour training to teach participants key conversational skills for moving the needle on racism. All participants learn about the RACE method, with the mini-training participants working on two skills and the full training participants learning four skils
