What We Do:

We help white people have a productive dialogue with others about Racism

The White Ally Toolkit is a signature initiative of The Dialogue Company, LLC, founded by Dr. David Wiley Campt. It helps white anti-racism allies do their part in the fight against racism. We empower and equip them with the R.A.C.E. Method, a unique dialogic approach designed from best practices of non-violent communication (listening, storytelling, and compassion) and the neuroscience of persuasion.  We are working to help move the racism needle in America.

This initiative is for people who believe:

1. Racism against people of color is a specific problem that needs to be addressed;

2. Unless we address this, America’s overall progress will be undermined;

3. White people have a special obligation and role to play in dismantling racism; and

4. Productively talking with other whites is part of that obligation.

Winning the CRT Cultural War armed with Compassion and Connection

The current debate about Critical Race Theory threatens to undermine recent advances in racial progress and further polarize America. Neither of these outcomes is good for any of us. That is why we are offering guidance about how to transform the debate into a productive dialogue - one that will build connection and focus on a conversation we should be having - What should children be taught about race and racism and at what age.

We believe there are many things people on both sides of this argument have in common:

1. No one wants their child to be identified only by their race.

2. No one wants their child to hate America and be ashamed of their country.

3. No one wants their child to have low self-esteem, guilt, or shame because of their racial group.

Moving from common to ground to discussing differences is best done through compassionate engagement. Join us to learn more.
