UUse Your Voice: Persuading Conservative and Non-Voters
In the spirit of engaging progressive values for voter mobilization and combatting polarization, First Unitarian Portland, Oregon and All Souls Church in Washington, DC together sponsor Dr. David Campt for this workshop series. We will learn how people of faith can increase effectiveness in values-centered voter engagement. This online course combines four 90-minute classes on Zoom, four optional group coaching sessions, and homework assignments that will help us practice the skills needed to strengthen our ability to be persuasive across political divides.

Compassionate Warrior Online Bootcamp: Equipping Anti-Racism Allies–July 13 Cohort
This 6 week, limited enrollment course is based on the Compassionate Warrior Bootcamp approach to allyship. Rooted in dismantling racism through self examination, values clarification, and dialogue, participants will learn about humbly repairing relationships that have gone awry, interrupting racially problematic thinking and actions they encounter, and reframing their own unconscious bias as a super-power for building multicultural, beloved- community. This blended learning model will cover why compassionate community building through honest dialogue is exactly what the world is demanding at this historic moment. Enrollment is limited to 50 people for each section. Section One meets on consecutive Mondays starting July 13 7-8:30pm ET (4pm PT). Towards Masterful Allyship Online Course: Taking the White Ally Toolkit Further – July 12-August 30 Cohort
This course is for people who have actually engaged racism skeptics using the methods of White Ally Toolkit and want to become much more proficient in these methods. This course will be a blended learning journey, combining asynchronous learning and live sessions with Dr. David Campt and his team of trained ally coaches. Five live training sessions are 8-9:30pm EDT Sundays July 12, 19, Aug 2, Aug 16, Aug 30; all recorded and available for on-demand viewing. Going Deeper with the White Ally Toolkit
People who have taken the introductory workshop will do additional reflection on their efforts to be persuasive allies. They will learn about their ally response type, the role that shame plays in their ally work, how biases about liberals and conservatives affect them, and how to make good choices about whom to engage as they grow in allyship.
